Our counselling service is available from various locations in Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire. You can see more about each venue below. Bath - Practice Rooms (adults)

The entrance to the Practice Rooms faces onto Upper Borough Walls. The door is located between Soho cafe and Ladbrokes. Please arrive promptly at the time of your appointment and not before. Press the buzzer marked ‘Purple Room’ and the counsellor will let you in.

Counselling currently takes place in a temporary location while building works take place. We will update this website and our clients once the building works are completed.
There is a waiting room next to the counselling room.
Departments at the RUH are generally well sign posted but if you have any concerns finding the location please ask at the main RUH reception or download a site map here.
Bath - Carers' Centre (children and young people)
Lower Bristol Road
The Bath Carer’s Centre is located on the Lower Bristol Road approximately two miles from Bath city centre. There is a free car park to the front of the building. The centre is within a mile of Oldfield Park train station and a few minutes' walk from the bus stop on Twerton High Street.
The children’s counselling room is situated upstairs on the first floor. The waiting area for parents is downstairs in the reception area. The Carer’s Centre reception is open until 5pm. Before this time, clients can access the centre via the main entrance. Please wait in the reception area and your counsellor will come to collect you, or your child, at your appointment time. For appointments at 5pm or later please come to the main entrance and wait at the door. Your counsellor will be waiting for you and will let you into the building. Clients are asked to arrive promptly at their appointment time, this is to prevent any client having to wait outside. A parent/carer is required to stay for the duration of a child's appointment.
Bath - New Oriel Hall (group counselling)
There is a car park at the New Oriel Hall for users. However, the car park is small and gets quite busy. It is possible to park for free on the neighbouring streets.
There is disabled parking in the car park and there is a ramp for wheelchair users running from the car park up to the hall.
Please make your way to the entrance and there will be a sign in the entrance to let you know which room to come to.

Please note, there a small car park attached to the Quaker Meeting House, however this can fill up at certain times of the day. Please allow sufficient time for parking when attending your appointments.
On entering the building through the main entrance please follow the corridor to the kitchen and wait in the kitchen and your counsellor will collect you.

The WHY Frome office is based in Frome Town Hall, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre.

Enter Turnpike House through main doors and immediately turn left and follow signs to reception. The counsellor will come and meet you there and take you to the room.

We are situated on what was the old bottling plant for Usher's Brewery. The best places to park are either the Lovemead car park or the Broadmead car park. There is free on street parking outside the practice, but this is subject to availability.
Trowbridge - The Hub
The Hub is a small building on the site of The John of Gaunt School, which provides services for local pupils, parents and teachers. It is situated on the school playing field near the main school car park.
Please come to the building and ring the bell. There may be a member of staff on reception to let you into the waiting area, but otherwise the counsellor will meet you at the door at the designated time.
The counsellor can be reached at the Hub on Fridays only. Please call 01225 711162 ext 273. At all other times please contact the We Hear You main office on 01373 455255.
Street (children and young people, group counselling)
Crispin Community Centre
The counselling room is situated on the ground floor of the Crispin Centre, there is a waiting area just outside the room and this is in the main reception area. The building has only one entrance and this is located opposite the Street Parish Council building. As the reception will be closed from 2.45pm, clients are asked to arrive promptly at their appointment time to prevent any client having to wait outside.
Warminster (adults, children and young people)
Counselling sessions take place at Warminster Athenaeum.
The Athenaeum Centre is on the main High Street in Warminster. The building is not open to the public, so please arrive at the time your session starts and wait outside the middle door (the main entrance is to your left and a small door is to your right), there will be a We Hear You sign on the door to help you. Your counsellor will let you in when your session is due to start, so we advise that you do not arrive early.

Ninesprings Health Centre
Clients can use the clinic car park when attending appointments. On arrival all clients are greeted in the main reception and asked to sign themselves in (initials only if you wish). Your WHY counsellor will then collect you from Reception. Please ensure you sign out at the end of your appointment.
