Somerset Health Walks
Somerset Health Walks are part of a programme of exercise classes and activities run by Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership. Their site also contains information about recommended types and duration of physical activity depending on your personal circumstances.

Health Connections Mendip
The team at Health Connections Mendip can offer one-to-one appointments for anyone needing guidance about health and exercise. They also hold a comprehensive database of local exercise activities and support groups, including support for people coping with the impact of a stroke, dementia, COPD or bereavement.

Macmillan RESTORE
RESTORE aims to support people living with cancer related fatigue. It provides information about things you can do to help you cope with fatigue. It can also give you more confidence to manage your fatigue. More information about RESTORE.

RESTORE has been designed by the University of Southampton in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support and is based on the most up-to-date evidence.

Dogs for Health
Dogs for Health is a charity that aims to reduce loneliness and isolation by visiting people in their own homes, hospitals or care and residential homes with well trained therapy dogs and their owners. This is a free service to those who would benefit from time spent stroking and cuddling one of our therapy dogs.
