Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors are delighted to announce that they will be supporting local cancer counselling charity, We Hear You, as their charity of the year 2022.

We Hear You works across Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire providing emotional support to patients, families, friends and carers who have been touched by cancer or any other life threatening conditions.

Each year, FSM partners and staff are invited to nominate their chosen charities and from the nominations put forward, votes are then cast to decide on who the firm will be supporting as their charity of the year. We Hear You, which is based in Frome, is a charity very close to the hearts of the partners and staff of the firm who have offices in Frome, Trowbridge, Warminster, Chippenham, Malmesbury and Swindon,

Mike Cavalla, Senior Partner says:

“We are pleased and proud to be supporting such a worthwhile local charity. Cancer affects so many people and to have a resource like this for people that are not only living with cancer but for their loved ones too is invaluable. We will thoroughly enjoy fundraising for We Hear You and working alongside them to raise their profile.”

Gemma Wilkes, We Hear You says

We are always excited to start a new partnership as working with local businesses is incredibly important for us, it enables us to work together to promote each other’s services as well as offer different fundraising events. The last 2 years have been extremely challenging in terms of our fundraising and we are truly grateful to Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors for wanting to collaborate with us at this particular time. This has given us a really positive start to 2022 and we are looking forward to working together and engaging in our local communities.”
